We come in contact with very diverse people every day, in a variety of ways, who trust us with their hardships and problems. In this way, we also obtain information about accessibility to public services and goods and respect for human rights based on sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, sexual characteristics and / or health status. If we consider accessibility to be unsatisfactory and human rights are not respected, we call on responsible institutions to take appropriate action and at the level of changing legislation, policies and / or established practices.

We are currently addressing, at the systemic level, the shortcomings that violate the human rights of transgender individuals in the legal recognition of gender and access to health services in gender confirmation; the shortcomings of the Partnership Act, which violates human rights for same-sex couples and their families; monitoring of systemic discrimination against people living with HIV and strive to improve the situation in this field; we are exploring the state of respect for human rights of intersex persons..
