ConfLab is a three-day workshop session for civil society organisations working on LGBTIQ+ rights in the CEE region.

The focus of conflab is exchange of good practices and capacity building for cooperation among CSOs and legal professionals. At the centre of our discussions will be the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union and the use of strategic litigation to protect and advance minority rights.
Day 1 – Introduction to Conflab and StandUp4LGBTIQ project
For most participants (located in CEE region), Day 1 is also a travel day – they are expected to arrive to Ljubljana in the morning. Conflab activities begin in the afternoon to accommodate that.
Day 2 – Strategic Litigation – case studies and application
Day 3 – How to work with legal experts as a CSO?
For some participants, Day 3 is also a travel day – the programme is set to wrap up by early afternoon.
We can support participants’ accommodation and may be able to cover some travel costs (subject to approval). When applying, we’ll check with you to see what you need financial support for and what we can cover.
