The Workplace Equality Index is a tool that offers participating organisations a chance to quickly evaluate their current practices and allows them to identify opportunities for improvement. By participating in the Index, the organisations will get the chance to express their interest in attending educational trainings that will be offered to a small number of organisations free of charge in 2023.

The Index is designed as a quiz, meaning that you receive a certain number of points based on your answers, allowing you to evaluate your organisation’s current practices. The results are purely informative in nature and, alongside the questions, aimed at sharing information on practices employers can turn to in order to achieve a more inclusive work environment. The Index is focused on the organisation as a whole, not the experiences or knowledge of individual employees – to get the results and opt-in for training, it is enough for the organisation to participate once.

The Index was created as part of the CERV project »LGBTIQ Work Equality Alliance – Fighting Discrimination and Promoting Equality in Employment«, funded by the European Union.
